Job Summary

Manages real estate portfolios for an organization.

Job Duties

• Supports property financial analysis to ensure costs meet the contracted agreement.
• Manages property acquisitions, dispositions, space planning, services, and project management activities.
• Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
• Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
• Administers lease agreements to ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and repairs of leased facilities.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
• Oversees purchases, expenditures, vendor contracts, tenant relations, leasing, and capital improvements.
• Prepares real estate documentation, licensing agreements, and maintains files for reporting.

Experience and Education

• Someone who has supervised Property Managers preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ yrs. Property Management experience
• CAM license required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
