YOUR ROLE:
To effectively promote and implement innovative and robust strategies to attract and retain quality candidates for all positions within The Manor at Blue Water Bay.
- Oversee the Employee of the Month (ROM) program
- Review resumes, schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate daily/weekly recruiting activity to leadership team
- Attend job fairs and other activities for recruiting and agency recognition.
- Create, coordinate and maintain retention plans and activities
- Develop and execute recruiting plan utilizing a variety of venues for recruitment and research new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Maintain and monitor recruitment sites to ensure accuracy and provide supervisors with appropriate candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant data.
- Review applicant qualifications to evaluate if they meet position requirements.
- Effectively communicate with candidates and oversee the entire selection process from start to finish
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator
- Specific selection process accountability to include but not limited to screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, administering selection tools, and guiding candidates through the selection process
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms.
- Requires the ability to speak before groups of people with poise, voice control and confidence.
- Recruiting experience considered a plus.
- Experience in Human Resources considered a plus.
- Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent training and/or experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving and organizational skills.
