Our Talent Acquisition team finds and hires people for Roblox which is essential to our future growth. Our coordination team is at the center of the recruiting experience handling everything from scheduling interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and making recommendations to improve the process. We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team that is part of the larger Recruiting Operations org.
This role reports into the Recruiting Coordination Manager and is a full-time position located at our headquarters in San Mateo, California.
You Will

• Proactively communicate with both candidates and internal partners on all interview matters
• Manage the candidate interview process which includes scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and being the point of contact
• Greet, host, and manage the experience for candidates visiting the office for in-person interviews
• Support executive-level candidates who require elevated or unique support
• Handle both the scheduling volume while managing other high priority tasks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc projects within the Recruiting Operations team and across the broader recruiting departments
• Partner with members of the executive recruiting team, hiring managers and executive admins to create a phenomenal candidate experience

You Have

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience working with Greenhouse or GoodTime tools (preferred)
• A history of optimizing recruiting and interview scheduling processes
• High attention to detail with an eye for improving processes to work more effectively
• 2+ years of experience working in a scheduling or calendar coordinator role, preferable with at least one year in scheduling executive-level interviews or meetings
• Experience navigating complex and competing priorities
• The ability to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously
• 4+ years of total work experience

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$117,130—$153,080 USD
