Responsibilities:
As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will work closely with Freemodel’s Executive team to build the Project Director and Operations Team. In the next phase of growth, Freemodel is looking to expand into a multi-state and eventually National company. This growth will require refining the recruiting and onboarding process to ensure that the team will have the tools and resources necessary to be Best in Class.
The Recruiting Team Lead's responsibilities include meeting regularly with the Executive Team to report on growth and discuss ongoing plans for future growth, identifying opportunities, drawing up improvement plans, developing s and Job postings, interviewing, preparing and distributing onboarding materials, assist in the developing and onboarding plans and schedules, and liaising with other Team Leads to ensure onboarding material is current and relevant. This is a full-time position, mostly remote with some in office work . This person will ensure relevant training and guidance of their recruiting team is achieved and should be able to clearly communicate any performance concerns and provide recommendations. A first-class Recruiting Team Lead should be able to inspire and motivate their team while maintaining a good image and understanding of the culture and goals of the company.

• Represent the Freemodel culture and values
• Understand Freemodel systems and be able to teach and support our Team and Partners on the systems
• Assist new Freemodel associates with technology setup, fostering relationships to drive adoption of new and existing technology through ongoing support
• Present online and in-person product training
• Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
• Continue to build skills and knowledge in the industry by attending educational events
• Deliver concierge-level service to our Team and Partners

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Understand how to use Google Suite to create necessary documents
• Minimum 5 years experience with recruiting and team building
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Understands how to utilize a CRM for processing client information
