The Recruiting Manager is passionate about Vuori and leading a high performing recruiting team. The Recruiting Manager will partner with the Director of Recruiting to build and implement recruiting and hiring processes at scale to meet hyper-growth targets, while prioritizing team development and creating a brand worthy candidate experience. The Recruiting Manager will own full life cycle recruiting for select positions at HQ.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and develop the HQ Recruiting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high engagement, and high performance.
- Drive a data-driven function through KPIs to set targets and tell the story of what the Recruitment team is accomplishing and identify gaps in productivity.
- Lead the HQ Recruiting team with an authentic leadership style, focus on investment in relationships, transparent communication, empathy, and accountability.
- Own full life cycle recruiting for identified business functions.
- Build upon recruiting & hiring processes, driving continuous improvement to ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all touch points in the recruiting life cycle.
- Collaborate across the company and work closely with the leadership to ensure we’re crafting sourcing and hiring efforts that address the business needs.
- Partner with the Director of Recruiting to implement our diversity recruiting strategy with a focus on proactive sourcing and employer branding.
- Be a critical advisor to hiring managers and teams regarding recruitment by recommending how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation, providing industry trends, compensation practices, and market activity insights.
- Excellent decision-making ability; use data-driven approach where appropriate and judgement in complex situations.
- Excited by moving fast, investing deeply in relationships, and working through ambiguity within a startup environment.
- Passionate about ensuring that each Vuori candidate has an amazing, positive experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Growth mindset; enthusiasm for learning and problem solving.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience building and executing recruiting strategies in a small to medium sized company.
- Experience in building diverse pipelines through various talent sources and building relationships with a diverse talent organizations.
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment, or equivalent managerial experience outside of recruiting
- Flexible and adaptable leader and team player who thrives in a collaborative, nimble work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with leadership and at all levels partnering with and effectively influence team members at all levels throughout the recruiting process.
- In house corporate recruiting experience. Prior experience in apparel, fashion & retail industry a plus.
Pay Range:$130,000 - $150,000
