Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a highly engaged, self-motivated and innovative recruiter who will source, recruit and screen applicants for clinical and credentialed positions. The incumbent in this position will work strategically with hiring managers to meet all recruitment needs and provide guidance in all aspects of the recruitment process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:

• Be diligent in your pursuit of finding the best talent to help us fulfill our mission: Finding cures. Saving children.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations
• Meet with hiring managers to develop and discuss recruitment strategies for filling complex research positions
• Provide proactive and accurate status updates to hiring managers and candidates

Minimum Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master's degree in related field preferred

Minimum Experience:

Recruiter:

• Two (2) years of professional level human resources experience; or three (3) years of professional-level experience in a job-specific field related to the recruitment area (ex. Three (3) years of professional nurse experience can be used for a nurse recruiter); or three (3) years of combined Human Resources and professional-level experience in a job-specific field related to the recruitment area. Basic PC skills are required.
• Experience with an applicant tracking database strongly desired

Senior Recruiter:

• Two (2) years of progressively responsible recruiting experience at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Five (5) years of external progressively responsible recruiting experience
