Support Travel Nurse Recruiters with daily activities

Perform clerical duties such as: utilizing all communication methods to interact with candidates, conduct reference checks, and drafting communications

Use internal systems to accurately document candidates’ onboarding details and other activities

Provide a best-in-class experience for all applicants, candidates, interviews, and managers

Manage the job offer process, negotiations, and ensure applicants are provided accurate information related to their offers and their onboarding process

Work with all levels of management and a broad array of candidates, customers, and suppliers outside the company
