Manage the day-to-day operations of the staffing department, including scheduling interviews, managing the candidate pool, and placing candidates in jobs.

2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or a related field.

Onboard new healthcare staff, including verifying credentials, completing paperwork, and orienting new employees to the company.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Minimum 2 years’ Human Resources recruitment support

Support Travel Nurse Recruiters with daily activities

Perform clerical duties such as: utilizing all communication methods to interact with candidates, conduct reference checks, and drafting communications

Use internal systems to accurately document candidates’ onboarding details and other activities

Communicates important employment information during of delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation).

Responsible for sending transfer notifications and sending new job descriptions for signature and obtaining applicable educational documents, i.e. degree/diploma/certification.

Manages Clinical Affiliation Agreements and works with educational institutions for new agreements or updating existing agreements.

Use applicant tracking system to manage the candidate process from application to screening to hiring.

Conducts screening interviews with applicants and selects qualified candidates to schedule with hiring managers.

Ensures a consistently positive and professional experience for each candidate by managing the candidate expectations during the recruitment process.

Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for available positions

Ability to use various Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Notion (workflow management systems)

Collaborate with the sales team to match candidates to client requirements, ensuring optimal outcomes for both parties

A minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience

Strong technical proficiency and experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS, MSP, and CRM systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Help assist members through the entire onboarding experience

Provide ongoing education, training, and support to the Client Care Team

Educating and assisting the Client Care Team in using the Admin Portal to add and manage members to the all.health system

Report issues on issue tracking tools and manage a list of support tickets based on priority

Experience and familiarity with smartphone, connected consumer and medical devices and digital apps on iOS and Android platforms

Experience with issue reporting with support team

2+ years’ experience in HR or Recruiting, preferred.

Payroll experience is a plus.

Participate in daily planning and prioritization of work and reporting of activities, as required.

Serve as back-up for the HR Administration and Payroll Specialist.
