Job Description
In joining our team as a recruiter, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's success by attracting and hiring top talent. You will apply your expertise in recruitment and passion for technology to help us build a diverse and highly skilled workforce.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational goals
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract top candidates
  • Review resumes and applications, screen candidates, and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including facilitating background checks, verifying credentials, and coordinating orientation sessions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and negotiating job offers
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively source and engage with candidates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, team members, and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
  • Evaluate and analyze candidate information, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback, to make informed hiring decisions
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement


Qualifications


  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • 2-3 years work experience as a recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of skills, coding languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting techniques, including social media recruitment, applicant tracking systems, and candidate sourcing tools
  • In-depth knowledge of roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other IT professionals
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
