Brief Description

Peoplelink is seeking a Recruiter within the San Antonio, TX area to join our Trade Management team! As a Trade Management Recruiter, you will recruit highly qualified candidates for a variety of skilled trade positions.

How You’ll Do It

You will work to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions to meet clients staffing needs within the skilled trade and construction industry. You will also be responsible for managing assigned accounts and for growing the wallet share within their assigned accounts.

• Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.
• Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from interview to placement.
• Generate client and manager leads for sales reps through consultant relationship building and reference requests.
• Oversee full candidate lifecycle, including managing acceptances/onboarding, extensions/raises, and exits.
• Identify new opportunities and locations within the client to sell professional staffing services
• Outcomes and expectations for this role will be negotiated with the direct manager, including but not limited to revenue targets, clients under management and headcount targets.

What You’ll Bring

This is an experienced hire role, and you’ll need to bring 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience. Here’s what else we’re looking for:

• Ability to shift priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal relations
• Strong affinity for business development, including service calls and marketing calls
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
