Job Description
Beitzel Corporation is an Industrial Construction and Service Company with nearly 50 years of experience in the Energy, Mining, Industrial Construction, Aggregate, and Renewables Industries. The Corporate Headquarters are located in Grantsville, MD with several offices throughout the country.


The general role of the Human Resources Recruiter – Recruitment & Retention is to lead, coordinate, and execute full life-cycle recruitment that includes recruiting, screening, placement, and on-boarding. This position is also responsible for providing general support to the Director of Human Resources.


This individual will have a thorough understanding of all aspects of Human Resources and must become proficient with the products and services offered by Beitzel Corporate Services, Beitzel Corporation, and Pillar Innovations.


The Human Resources Recruiter will report to the Director of Human Resources and will work primarily in-person out of the Beitzel Corporate location.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field and 2+ years of human resources and/or recruiting experience
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize competing work assignments
  • Customer service driven with a focus on helping others
  • Must be punctual, dependable, trustworthy, work well with co-workers, and have a positive attitude
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in applicant tracking through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in written communications
  • Strong business acumen with experience in organizational development preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment
