Job Description

Job Summary: The Corporate Human Resources Benefit Coordinator is a temporary position for 3 to 4-month project including annual open enrollment. This position will primarily support and back up the HR Manager in all things related to employee benefits. This position will act as a liaison for benefit questions and information with facilities and employees and will provide excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities:


  • Data entry
  • Teams
  • Oral and written communication
  • Timeline tracking skills
  • Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with all levels of personnel within the organization.
  • 1-2 years of benefits-related experience
  • Tracking of documents to ensure executed timely.
  • Experience with benefits enrollment technology.
  • Administrative project support. Position Qualifications:
  • Organizational skills
  • Project timeline tracking and reporting.
  • Review/audit of benefits reports and data.
  • Excel (intermediate to advanced), word, ppt
  • Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m M-F working in the Corporate Office.
