Opportunity Overview


ZeroFox seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to perform administration, coordination, and systems-based duties. Candidates must work independently and efficiently, as well as have strong problem-solving skills, high detail orientation and computer savvy. Previous systems administration experience is highly preferred.


Role And Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative and systems support to the HR and Recruiting teams
  • Perform regular data validation and audits
  • Maintain, update and protect confidential information
  • Respond to employee and external requests
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Perform other systems / platforms duties as needed
  • Conduct research as needed
  • Generate and analyze HR and Recruiting reports
  • Create and maintain employee-related and other records in all systems
  • Assist with all onboarding, offboarding and other employee events
  • Work with payroll to report adds, terms and changes


Required Qualifications And Skills


  • Experience working within HR software and other payroll and benefits-related platforms
  • Ability to work out of an office in Baltimore at least 3 times per week
  • Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to occasional work nights and weekends if needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math and statistics skills
  • Prior experience working in Human Resources or as an administrative professional, coordinator or systems administrator. HR experience preferred.

Other Information


  • This position will report to the Director, Human Resources
  • This position may entail up to 5% travel
  • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
  • This role is based out of our office in Baltimore, MD (hybrid)
