About The Opportunity
As a vital member of our proactive and dynamic Customer Success team, you will drive growth, renewals, and value for our clients. This is an exciting role where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with the CEO, sales, and product teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure product adoption among customers by analyzing customer data and implementing targeted outreach strategies to increase platform utilization and retention. Additionally, you'll proactively engage with customers, providing personalized support to prevent churn and drive their success. In this role, you'll serve as an agent of change, a business transformation consultant, and a relationship manager for traditional real estate companies eager to embrace a more data-driven and proactive approach to delivering real estate projects.
In This Role, You'll Have The Chance To
Become an expert: Utilize your industry and product knowledge to effectively position solutions and ensure customer success.
Manage our customers: Drive adoption, positive outcomes, and advocacy within your assigned portfolio.
Leverage user analytics: Identify customers who are under-utilizing key features and provide them with guidance to unlock greater value.
Implement strategies and collaborate directly with customers to maximize the value they derive from our platform.
Act as a liaison between clients and our product/technical team: Resolve issues, advocate for customers, and provide valuable feedback on new and existing features.
Contribute to improving customer support processes while managing and responding to support tickets.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers by overseeing implementation.
Occasionally travel to client offices for in-person meetings (post-pandemic) – typically no more than 1-2 days every 2-3 months.
We Are Seeking Individuals Who Have
Strong knowledge of real estate development and project management, with experience in the real estate development or construction industry highly preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment, delivering monthly results consistently.
High energy and a positive attitude, driven by activity and achieving results.
Capability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
Persuasive speaking skills with a persistent follow-up approach.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or other web-based presentation technology.
At least 2 years of experience delivering real estate projects.
A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field in design and construction.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience reconciling real estate project cost reports.
Basic understanding of programming or coding, which can be valuable in synthesizing customer product feedback and communicating technical issues to the engineering team. Please note that coding skills are not expected for this role.
The estimated base compensation range for this position is currently $70k - $145k, but may vary based on local market data by region. Salary levels take into account multiple factors, including interview performance, skills, experience, training and education, certifications and licenses, market data, and other business considerations.
This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
