We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Real Estate Videographer based in New York to capture the essence and allure of our client’s properties, transforming them into captivating visual stories. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, adept at creating both short-form social media content and longer showcase videos that appeal to a wide range of real estate clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality videos of both interiors and exteriors of properties.
• Manage time effectively to accommodate tight schedules and multiple shoots.
• Collaborate with agents and homeowners to determine specific video requirements and expectations.
• Edit footage to produce polished short-form videos suitable for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, as well as longer showcase videos for websites and YouTube.
• Conduct site visits to plan shots, lighting, and optimal angles before the main shoot.
• Respond to client feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Maintain equipment and ensure all gear is in working order before each shoot.
• Handle post-production tasks, including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics or animations as needed.

About You:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in real estate videography, showcasing a keen eye for detail.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in the latest video editing software and techniques.
• Excellent communication abilities, particularly in English, and familiarity with the New York real estate scene.
• 3+ years of video editing experience, creating short and long-form promotional content for real estate clients
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth collaborations with clients and our agency team.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage assignments independently from inception to completion.
