Provider Recruiter

We are a healthcare startup changing the landscape around how people access mental health services. Through telehealth services we are able to reach those in need who may not have access to treatment in an office setting.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time Provider Recruiter to join our People team. This role will handle full-cycle recruitment for Registered Interns, licensed therapists, and Psychiatric nurse practitioners. You will play a key role in our team’s growth as we expand patient care to new states in 2023. The Provider Recruiter will be responsible for clinical candidate sourcing, phone screening, hiring manager interview coordination, professional references, and written offer process. We are looking for someone who is accustomed to working with staffing forecasts in a high-growth environment. This is a fully remote role and you should be comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities:

• Have experience with creative sourcing techniques to go with the standard, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Therapist Associations to find and connect with passive candidates.
• Assist with employee off-boarding process, including oversight over account closures and returning of equipment.
• Screen applicant resumes.
• Post job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Be able to work in a very fast paced environment and able to meet deadlines and monthly metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with expected recruitment forecasts, provided by management and the People team.
• Interview coordination with hiring manager interviews and any additional interview process steps.
• Build and maintain provider candidate pipeline to ensure monthly forecasted hiring needs are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for active clinical candidates. Ensure the hiring timeline stays on track by maintaining consistent communication.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with qualified candidates. Provide written summaries and next step recommendations to hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Works well under pressure,is adaptable to change, and pays meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of healthcare provider types required; direct therapist and psychiatric nurse practitioner recruitment highly preferred
• At least 2 years of full-cycle clinical recruitment experience in a healthcare setting; startup experience a plus
• Remote work experience preferred
• High level of organizational and time management skills
