Solaris is currently seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant at Solaris, you will:

• Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients, establishing trust and credibility in all interactions.
• Embrace the opportunity to continuously learn and develop your skills, participating in regular training and development programs to enhance your recruitment expertise.
• Use your persuasive skills to sell qualified candidates to clients, negotiating offers and managing candidate/client relationships effectively from start to finish.
• Utilize your recruitment experience to pre-screen, qualify, and present top-quality candidates based on clients' job briefs and specifications.
• Leverage your skills and knowledge to contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Use your 360/Full Desk recruitment expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and fill clients' internal hiring needs, collaborating closely with them throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize your sales skills to perform business development and target potential clients, utilizing techniques such as networking and research.
• Utilize your tech and finance industry experience to identify top talent and understand clients' hiring needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

We are seeking experienced candidates who possess:

• Resilience, persuasiveness, and a positive attitude
• 2+ years of experience in tech, finance, and/or internal or external recruitment
• A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using recruitment software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to excel in a sales-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The total on target earnings for this position falls within a range of $250,000 to $600,000, inclusive of any potential bonuses and commissions. The actual salary offered to a selected candidate may depend on various factors, including but not limited to their years of experience, level of education, skill set, and external market conditions. It is quite possible to far exceed the upper end of the on target earnings with stellar performance and results however this job is heavily tied to performance and this is not a guarantee.
