You’ll join our Healthcare team as an Associate Recruiter. A day in the life:

• Collaborate with clients to fully understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance based on job market.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and use all resources to find best candidates for assigned searches.
• Create unique and robust search strategies to identify top talent within the Healthcare industry.
• Build out talent networks by developing prospects into qualified candidates through continued engagement and relationship building.
• Coordinate the full lifecycle recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to offer/negotiation.
• Conduct continued research to stay abreast of industry trends and become a subject matter expert for clients and candidates.

About you:

• Recent College Graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Energetic self-starter with a track record of determination, effort, and achievement
• Strong motivation for personal growth and success
• Strategic thinker, ability to execute and produce results against tight deadlines
• Personable and enthusiastic with a knack for building relationships

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Tandym. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Tandym to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
