Your Role:

As a Recruiter at IMG Corporations, your role will be instrumental in identifying and securing exceptional talent that aligns with our company's values and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Evaluation:Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline. Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

Employer Branding:Enhance our employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Craft compelling job descriptions and promotional materials that accurately reflect our company culture and attract top talent.

Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Provide timely feedback and communication to all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Market Research:Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition. Leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the sales or marketing industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset but not required.
