Requirements
You will support the HR team in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our Sales and Marketing roles. As the face of hackajob, you will promote fair, diverse and inclusive hiring practices and help us build a strong employer brand by ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience. We're incredibly proud of the culture we've built so far, and we're looking for someone that understands the importance of finding those candidates who align with our values and mission, so we can continue to foster a collaborative, driven, trusting and transparent culture.This is a 3-month full-time contract opportunity for someone based in the New York area.
What will you be up to?

• We need the individual to be based in New York.
• Provide interview feedback where necessary and appropriate
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in our recruitment process
• Collaborating with the leadership and HR team to work on the open roles we have in the US, particularly regarding roles within our Sales, Talent and Marketing departments
• Source candidates through online channels and advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Screen prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications and interview them via phone/video-call
• Define innovative sourcing strategies to drive strong and diverse talent pipelines
• Offer candidates timely updates regarding their application process and next steps

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrable track record of hiring top Sales, Talent and Marketing candidates in a high-performing, fast-growing environment
• The ability to successfully manage various recruitment processes simultaneously
• Significant full-cycle recruitment experience hiring across all business functions
• The ability to innovate, think strategically and outside the box to find outstanding talent
• Great collaboration skills with existing teams and leadership
• Great communication, excellent time management skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms and sourcing tools

Employment type: Independent Contractor
Salary: $35 - $40/hour
