General management/maintenance activities using MSFT internal budget tools.

BA in Business with and emphasis in Finance and 3+ years’ work experience in Corp Finance/Budgeting/Accounting. or:

Work with MSFT Finance, budget owners and LT to maintain a clear picture of overall budget status.

Serve as liaison between Marketing and MSFT Finance teams.

Manage relationships with key clients/stakeholders, manage outstanding items/deliverables.

Manage budget transfer requests between teams.

Previous work experience in both finance and project management, including town halls and managing enablement programs.

Budget management: Overseeing budget-related activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.

Strong background in budget management

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Experience in working with senior leadership through effective communication via email or direct interactions.

Strong understanding ofAfter School Education and Safety (ASES) and 21stCentury Grant Requirements

• Attending all required management staff meetings, chapter meetings, school site meetings.

Bachelors degree in Education, Social or Human Services, Child Development, or related filed preferred

A minimum of five years experience working in the after school field in a supervisory capacity and program implementation is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Provides analysis and in-depth management of the university’s complex Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management ( EPM ) and Axiom software system

A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience administering EPM applications in a budget, accounting/financial organization, excellent communication skills.

Creates, maintains and develops configurations and system set-ups for Hyperion EPM and Axiom systems based on business needs and requirements

Advanced computer skills, including Hyperion, Discoverer, Oracle, Tableau and Peoplesoft and Excel.

Responsible for the design, testing, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, updates, and end-user support of all Hyperion EPM and Axiom systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience working with investigators on the management of complex research awards and working with a variety of sponsors

Provides policy guidance and assistance with all aspects of proposal development, administrative forms, sponsor-required certifications and representations, and compliance requirements.

Human Capital Management (HCM) Costing Specialist

Ensures compliance with requirements such as effort reporting, financial & progress reporting

Bachelor’s degree – preference in finance, accounting, or business is strongly preferred

Minimum 6 years of progressive work experience in challenging finance/management roles, particularly in pre- and post-award grants management is required.

Strong organizational and time management skills are required.

Maintain IAVI’s Grants Management Intranet and IAVI Award Management Databases

Support the development of organizational-standardized process and tools to be used for financial grant management.

Review solicitation requirements and summarize for presentation

Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
