Project Manager- New Product Launch

We are looking for a Program Manager to Co-Pilot Solution Play business management of the Copilot Adoption Framework as well as pre-launch activities.

The ideal candidate will also drive interaction and content creation across ATU/STU as well as CSU Corp stakeholders as needed Business Groups, with inputs from team units and stakeholders as needed.

As part of these activities, the candidate will help prepare content / PowerPoint Presentations, schedule calls, manage minutes and follow-up actions for the Co-pilot program.

Role & Responsibilities include:

• Assist with any team meetings including setting up of meeting, documentation of all actions and follow-up accordingly.
• Manage information gathering across Corp teams (STU/ ATU/ Digital Sales)
• Provide monthly analysis for MBR slide, identify key trends, and help with business insights.
• Trouble shoot data discrepancies and report to data management team.
• Design and create content for decks as necessary for field meetings or team meetings as required.
• Assist with the business management of co-pilot post launch including gathering field insights, and stakeholder feedback for the monthly business review.
• Support Correction of error / field needs for the metric and Support ad-hoc data analysis as needed.
• Overall project management for all co-pilot related activities, meetings, pre-launch activities
• Assist and support the development of the co-pilot Solution play BOM materials such as: customer narrative, pitch decks, conversation guides, demos, case studies, compete assets, and industry specific material.

Skills:

• Strong analytical toolbox, and ability to use excel, KPI Lake pivots necessary.
• Basic design skills for PowerPoint document creation
• Must have business acumen, understanding of business and ability to provide deep business insights.
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong product knowledge of business product portfolios
• Strong Project management skills
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Loop, etc.
• Strong knowledge of data, analytics and turning data into insights and actions

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field, or equivalent on-job experience

• Proven capabilities to drive positive business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
