We are a new startup looking to revolutionize the baby food industry with our innovative biotech product. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Designer/Manager & Marketing Specialist.

As a Product Designer/Manager & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing the design, development, and launch of our new biotech baby food product. You will work closely with our development team to create a product that is not only innovative but also meets the needs of our target market. You will also be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our product and ensure its success in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our development team to ensure the product meets the needs of our target market
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design, product management, and marketing
• Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales, Operations, and R&D, to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Develop and manage the design, development, and launch of our new biotech baby food product
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our product and ensure its success in the market
• Manage project timelines and budgets

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Product Management, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in the food industry, especially with infant segment, is highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in product design, product management, and marketing
