Key Responsibilities:

As a Biotech Investment Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with angel investors, venture capitalists, and other investment firms interested in supporting Biotech companies at various stages of development. Your responsibilities will include:

Investor Identification: Actively seek out and identify potential investors within the biotech sector, including angel investors, venture capital firms, and private equity groups.

Network Expansion: Continuously expand our network of contacts within the investment community to establish and nurture valuable relationships.

Fundraising Support: Provide comprehensive fundraising support to pitch vetted and prepared Biotech companies to potential investment firms.

Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on both Biotech companies and potential investors to ensure compatibility and alignment of interests.

Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to identify potential investment targets.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of investor interactions, fundraising progress, and investment opportunities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a related role within the biotech or healthcare industry.

A strong network of contacts and relationships within the investment community.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Knowledge of biotechnology and healthcare markets is a plus.

Compensation:

This is a fully commissioned role, and our Biotech Investment Associates are well rewarded for their efforts. Your compensation will be based on successful fundraising and investment outcomes, providing significant earning potential for top performers.
