Job Description
Overview
The Imaging Specialist I will process, order, and track images on behalf of LoanCare. The Imaging Specialist I will perform duties such as renaming, scripting, tracking, reporting and uploading to/from various systems. The Specialist will communicate and coordinate with external and internal resources to obtain the missing images and assist in meeting established metrics/service level agreement (SLA) standards.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, research and correct process gaps (intra/inter departmental) timely
  • Track missing images within Excel spreadsheets
  • Process maps created by LoanCare’s IT department, review the image and provide the correct naming convention within the map
  • Assist in projects and all other duties as assigned
  • Assist team with obtaining missing mortgage-related documents from clientele and uploading said documents in the appropriate location
  • Rename images uploaded by LoanCare clients with the old loan number to the LoanCare loan number (such as running scripts or manually renaming images)
Qualifications
  • Ability to enter and extract data from a computer database. Ability to locate data in a computer database for the purpose of researching and resolving customer inquiries
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers, company managers, and customers in a team environment to attain common goals
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel is required
  • Familiar with mortgage related origination documents
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and to meet deadlines
  • 1-2 years prior office services related experience (preferably mortgage related).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Candidate must possesses a high level of attention to detail organizational skills and works to complete assignments under tight daily, weekly, monthly deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally, in person and by telephone, with all levels of the organization and with external customers. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
WORK CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary.
