Private Membership Organization for HNWI – Confidential- Seeking PA, Membership Coordinator
A private members-only life management platform for HNWI in Los Angeles is seeking a Personal Assistant to join the founding team. This role will be focused on responding to member requests, providing best in class assistant services and proactively anticipating future needs. Under our private membership model, the Personal Assistant (PA) will cater to a small number of members who don’t require full time assistance and/or already have an Executive Assistant/house manager, stepping in to fill any gaps as necessary. The PA will generally operate during business hours and will have a team to lean on for support. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with UHNWI or A-list celebrity talent and truly enjoys being of service to others. The role will be based in their Beverly Hills office reporting to the Head of Member Services. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage start-up with exciting growth potential, led by an inspiring founder renowned for establishing successful businesses in the entertainment industry.

They strive to simplify the complex lives of their members in a thoughtful, professional, and caring manner. The team will initially serve a small, prominent client base of celebrity talent, influencers, executives, and other high net worth individuals who are in need of solutions to enjoy and expand the increasingly complex lives they have built. The company anticipates to grow their member base rather quickly and intends to hire additional assistants to maintain the highest level of service to its members, all while prioritizing a healthy work-life balance for the team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain & update CRM and project management systems
- Personal shopping, including sourcing everyday items and hard-to-find or exclusive products
- Secure reservations at high-end restaurants and access to entertainment venues
- Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, securing luxury accommodations, and arranging transportation
- Efficiently address and resolve member requests and inquiries
- Manage complex and ever-changing personal and professional calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings, appointments, and events
- Coordinate events, both personal and professional
- Liaise with household staff, contractors, and other service providers
- Conduct various personal errands as needed
Qualifications
- Strong relationships in Los Angeles with top luxury hospitality groups and VIP clients
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to proactively solve tasks with minimal supervision
- Understands the importance of protecting members’ privacy and confidentiality
- Experience working in fast-paced, high pressure environments
- Strong organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to a start-up’s success
- 1-2 years experience in luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, or personal assistant roles working with VIP clients, celebrity talent and UHNWIs preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a variety of situations
- Flexible, attentive, and able to finding creative and efficient solutions to problems for members
