Administrative Personal Assistant (East La)

Two high-profile entertainment professionals are looking to hire an Administrative Personal Assistant to offer support with business and personal needs.

Duties:

• Coordinating domestic and international travel
• Running errands and providing ad-hoc project support
• Managing complex business and personal calendars
• Maintaining databases and documents
• Scheduling professional meetings and calls, as well as personal appointments
• Facilitating house management needs (arranging maintenance, liaising with vendors, and handling budgeting/payments)

Please note this hybrid role will operate out of the Principals' home in East Los Angeles. Hours will be 9am-5:30pm M-F, and flexible depending on business and personal needs.

Qualifications:

Applicants must demonstrate prior Personal Assistant experience and have received full Covid vaccination and booster. Due to the nature of the role, a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance is required, and candidates must be comfortable working around dogs. (A bachelor’s degree and background in entertainment is also a huge plus!)
