Private Chef For Uhnw Family

Full time Chef for UHNW family in Central London.

A full time Chef is required for a friendly UHNW family with four young children aged 2-10. They will be working in a beautiful, newly refurbished home in Brentford, Los Angeles within their own chef’s kitchen. As a family they are really strict on their diet, they are very cautious and aware of what they eat. They like to eat healthy and good quality food. This candidate must be a team player as the house is fully staffed with assistant, drivers, nannies, housekeepers and security.

Salary: Competitive DOE

Location: Brentwood, Los Angeles

Position: Permanent, employed – Live-Out

Hours: 9:00 – 19:30 Roughly – five days a week (days are undecided and are negotiable) (All candidates are expected to be flexible)

·Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Catering for all meals & snacks for the whole family and staff – mainly lunch and dinner

·Liaise with the butlers/ house staff to make sure the timings are correct for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

·Grocery shopping at selected stores as well as online orders.

·Keeping the stock of the household kitchen stocked with food.

·Handling accounts between the suppliers and the PA.

·Liaising with suppliers to pre order foods on a daily basis.

·Whatever is in season is preferable as it will be nutritious and full of flavor.

·Preparing weekly menus for the family, ensure that it is healthy and balanced.

·Create different dishes within the food styles the clients like.

·Keeping the chef’s kitchen clean at all times.

·To carry out any other reasonable task that may be required to fulfil your role.

·As a family they are very cautious and aware of what they eat. They like to eat good quality healthy food from high end butchers, fish mongers, green grocers – Fresh and Organic is a must

·They would like the right amount of food to be cooked for the family, they are really against wasting food

Key qualifying criteria:

·Absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times is essential

·Previous experience within a private household as a chef
