The Personal Assistant works with senior staff to provide one-to-one support. Support senior managers by offering administrative help such as monitoring a manager’s email, drafting communications on their behalf, planning, and organizing meetings and their travel. Personal Assistant job duties:
* Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
* Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars
* Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
* Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
* Help with daily time management
* Run errands as requested
* Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
* Coordinate events and speaking engagements
* Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Skills:
Proven work experience as a personal assistant
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* MS Office and English proficiency
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills and people skills
* Discretion and confidentiality.
Salary $58,00 to $65,000 Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
