Job Description

West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles Personal Injury law firm, seeks a pre-litigation professional with personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting pre-litigation settlement negotiations, and performing the following tasks:

  • Negotiating property damage claims
  • Preparing demand letters
  • Confirming coverages
  • Interacting with adjusters and defense counsel
  • Case management
  • Negotiating bodily injury claims
  • Performing lien negotiations
  • Coordinating medical treatment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience handling personal injury matters
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills. You will be talking to clients on a daily basis.

PREFERENCES

  • Knowledge of Abacus Law software
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
