Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (US)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist (US) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through primarily digital, but also traditional marketing channels. You will work closely with our CEO and executive team, to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, including directing and overseeing marketing agency partners.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Hands-on manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including daily optimizations to google and Facebook ads
- Select, direct and daily oversight of external agencies and partners
- Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing materials
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Experience directing and overseeing the performance of external agencies and partners
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Extensively connected with high-quality people and agencies that can be used as partners
- Experience managing and optimizing paid search, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Extensive knowledge of Google products and platforms, including setting up and managing GMB pages
- Extensive knowledge of Facebook marketing campaign development and management, including organic post campaigns
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital marketing channels.US market focuses preferably in-home services and residential construction improvement space.
