Job Title Assistant Manager – Marketing (CeraVe US) - Cleansers
- Strong data analysis skills– i.e. competitive, US market, sales (experience with syndicated data sources like Nielsen a plus)

- Work with the sales team and retailers to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategy in the retail environment.

- Brand liaison: lead marketing efforts for Sam’s Club & BJ’s and act as the liaison between brand and club channel national account manager
- Support the Assistant Vice President of Marketing with the CeraVe Costco business
- Demonstrates Entrepreneurship and agility– takes initiative, focuses on customers (i.e. visit the Field, talk to key stakeholders, etc.) deals with uncertainty and moves forward without having the larger picture
- Proactively conduct market research and uncover insights to inform franchise strategy.

- Developing & implementing overall franchise strategy and marketing plans.
- CeraVe core cleanser franchise support

- Marketing related experience is highly desired, but not required

- Market research.
- Maintain budget by tracking expenses, alert manager of trends and risks.
- Support the Assistant Vice President in all management and day-to-day operations of CeraVe’s cleanser business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- New product launches.
- Lead creative execution of customer marketing initiatives including print, digital, and POS materials
- Account support and leadership
- (Think Tanks and Innovation Squads)
- Salary Range: 81,300 – 113,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
- Systems Proficiency (i.e. Nielsen, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Acts with Human Sensitivity – demonstrates respect (i.e. adapts behavior to respect different personalities), enriches team dynamic
- Achieves Results with Integrity – conveys energy, focuses on results, acts with integrity
- Develop messaging/direct-to-consumer communication leveraging consumer insights and research.
- Manage day-to-day operations with excellence and interact effectively with cross-functional departments .
- Represent brand at meetings with Sam’s Club & BJ’s.
- Liaising with the CeraVe DMI, DSC sales team, operations, finance, and all other cross-functional partners.
- Support the Assistant Vice President of Marketing as the brand liaison for the Amazon CeraVe business.
- SA Franchise Lead: develop & execute national marketing plan for the CeraVe SA (Salicylic Acid) franchise of cleansers & HBL products.
- Bias for action to deliver continuous to improve process performance (i.e. initiates work efficiencies improvement)
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of experience
- Work closely with club channel national account director to drive strategic programs and initiatives to grow business and meet budget
