Summary Of The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as the Finalsite Client Marketing Associate. This position primarily focuses on coordinating in-person regional workshops and supporting the implementation and running of the Finalsite Client Community. The ideal candidate is passionate, possesses strong project management skills, and excels at building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to create and curate valuable content for the community.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support post-event efforts, such as event lead processing and reporting to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Monitor and moderate community discussions, ensuring a positive and engaging environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams to develop workshop content, agendas, and promotional materials.
  • Take a leading role in creating, developing, establishing, and building the new Finalsite Client Community platform to enable clients to connect, collaborate, and access valuable resources.
  • Support the development of community initiatives, such as webinars, forums, and user groups.
  • Coordinate with presenters and ensure all workshop materials are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Manage post-workshop evaluations and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the community experience and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Assist in promoting client site and product launches, including, but not limited to, tracking and creating promotional materials for recent launches across all end markets.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as required.
  • Secure venues, manage logistics and oversee event registration processes.
  • Update and maintain payment, invoicing, and budget-related activities as assigned.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person regional workshops.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in event planning, project management, or community management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to attend regional workshops and training.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and social media tools.
