Content Manager, Face-

Responsibilities


What will you do


  • Partner with Studio Operations Lead to build Agency relationships (Creative AOR, Media Agency, etc.) to develop Face scope of work, deliver against business priorities and evaluate performance relative to brand objectives.
  • Develop innovative and engaging content ideas that align with the brand's messaging and objectives, leveraging consumer insights and market research to create impactful content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Partner with Category team to lead overall Creative Strategy on Face care, including Hero Assets and Creative Development for Base and NPI (in partnership with Media and category teams.)
  • Strengthen an outside-in focus by staying connected with the market, monitoring consumer trends, and proactively anticipating consumer needs to inform content strategies and ensure relevance.
  • Take personal accountability for your own performance, setting high standards and taking ownership of content initiatives to drive collective success Neutrogena®.
  • Partner with Media team to monitor and analyze content performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives, optimize engagement, and drive measurable business growth.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of consumer marketing and media trends to influence the communications and media strategies and planning.
  • Lead PR efforts for Neutrogena ® Face, working closely with agencies to develop and execute strategic public relations campaigns that amplify the brand's messaging and drive brand awareness and positive brand sentiment.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including brand marketing teams and creative agencies, to gather input, align on content objectives, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Create holistic content experience mapping plans for Neutrogena, leading connection across the overarching communications team on internal (including Megabrand) and external media and communication partners to drive synergy, consistency, and amplification of messages across all channels – including close connection with category activation (shopper/ retail.)
  • Embrace a daring spirit by actively seeking opportunities for experimentation, learning from both successes and failures, and leveraging those learnings to continuously improve content strategies and deliver exceptional results.
  • Closely collaborate with brand marketing teams and the Neutrogena megabrand activation team to develop and distribute content that drives brand growth and enhances the overall brand experience.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and partners, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand standards and objectives.
  • Partner with CBI to identify unique connection points, unmet needs and insights with target consumers that improves the quality of communication and content intended to change consumer behavior.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging content trends, and marketing advancements, and share knowledge and recommendations with the team to continuously improve content strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong business analytics, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers and advertising experience are required.
  • Demonstrated executive communication skills with the ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex information to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with business partners
  • Pattern of intellectual curiosity, consumer-centricity, problem-solving orientation, and external focus
  • This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior professional experience is required.
  • A BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required.
  • Ability to effectively lead, collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrixed environment
  • Capacity to evaluate opportunities and develop actionable plans that are aligned with business objectives
  • Demonstrated financial savvy in making effective business decisions, strong business analytics and understanding of core marketing levers
  • Consistent track record of developing successful strategies and seeing through to execution
  • Additional requirements-
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong strategic thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.
  • Prior experience working in consumer packaged goods Marketing is required.


Desired Qualifications


  • Agency management experience is desired.
  • MBA is preferred.


The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $166,750.
