Marketing + Communications Assistant Jobs

This position will assist our leadership team with marketing and communications-oriented tasks for a wide range of products and initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, has strong emotional intelligence. Flexibility and an enthusiastic approach are critical to success in this role.

The hours of this position are flexible. The position is intended to be remote, but a local candidate is welcome to work from our office in downtown Fayetteville.

Skills + Requirements

• Experience managing various social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Attention to detail and ability to solicit additional information when needed to complete a task well
• Bonus points for video production
• Experience with Meta Ads
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to prioritize and independently manage your work list
• Ability to adhere to a consistent brand voice
• Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
• Proficiency with copywriting and content generation
• Fluency with Adobe Suite

The types of tasks you can expect:

• Help generate content and develop campaigns to promote design products, events, and firm initiatives through diverse mediums such as websites, blog posts, videos, and all forms of social media
• Work with leadership team on strategic positioning and planning
• Copywriting with direction from leadership team
• Cross-posting relevant content from partner organizations
• Enhance the visibility and positioning of the business with key initiatives, both in the for-profit and non-profit space
• Manage social media accounts
• Help develop and enhance website content on an ongoing basis to ensure consistent and robust messaging
