Marketing Communications Intern Jobs

To further our mission, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team remotely. This internship position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing and communications and will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's mission by assisting with various marketing initiatives and helping to amplify our message to a wider audience.

Responsibilities

* Assist in creating compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and website updates.

* Conduct in-depth research on various topics and summarize findings for blog posts and articles, presenting information in an engaging and easily understandable manner.

* Analyze weekly, biweekly, monthly, and/or quarterly program reports to identify compelling topics for website and social media content.

* Create initial drafts of briefings, articles, newsletters, and other communication materials.

* Develop and publish engaging social media posts related to program development on a regular basis.

* Monitor and actively engage with relevant social media accounts to optimize audience engagement.

Qualifications

Recent graduate or current student enrolled at a college/university

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Familiarity with graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Language Skills: English and French proficiency is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

This is an unpaid internship opportunity with a time commitment of 12 hours per week with a flexible duration of 3-6 months.
