The North America Marketing Sr. Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development of brand campaigns that include, but is not limited to, TV Copy, social media assets, PR/ER campaigns, etc. This role reports directly to the region’s Marketing Director and acts as manager and coach for one (1) Marketing Specialist on the team who will support in the day-to-day obligations that come with this role.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day with Creative agencies in the United States and Canada
- Lead relationship and partnership plans with Williams Racing. This will require multiple meetings and travel to the US based Grand Prix and events.
- Attend Marketing meetings/seminars/summits in the US and abroad as necessary
- Lead the strategic thinking and the creative development and execution of key brand pillars (Examples: New Parents, Williams F1 Partnership, Outdoors)
- Manage the North America Marketing Budget
- Lead the Duracell PowerForward program development and execution
- Serve as Contributor to the yearly business review
- Lead the Canadian Creative development efforts for the campaigns to be launched in Canada
- Coach and develop direct report to deliver agreed objectives
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.
- Prior experience managing Agency of Record. Ideally, 2+ years.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively work with peers and agency partners.
- Exceptional training and coaching skills are essential to teach and develop direct report.
- Must be able to travel when needed to meetings, advertising productions, summits, trainings etc.
- Prior experience in advertising. Ideally, at least 7+ years in leading creative work.
