The Marketing Communications Consultant II will develop and implement marketing and communication activities and materials. Will work collaboratively with internal business teams, customer experience, e-commerce, and marketing team to deliver a great customer experience.

What you will do:

• Assist with maintenance of company and brand messaging and positioning standards.
• Work with In-house creative design in the production of marketing materials to ensure on-brand, error-free work and timelines are met within budget.
• Connect partners to internal resources, including industry insights, events, and thought leadership to share with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with digital experience to maintain and update web presence that engages, and improves effectiveness of digital communications.
• Research industry relevant content and communications best practices and trends and share with team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage project plans by conducting product and campaign related discovery sessions, project kick off meetings and status update reports.
• Support other marketing projects, including event/program support as needed.
• Support Product development and sales teams with introduction of new products.
• Act as liaison between e-commerce teams, agencies, printers, technical staff, mailing houses and other contractors. Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget with careful attention to customer experience and brand.
• Develop, write, edit and finalize a wide range of collateral materials for digital and print including direct mailers, online content, messaging, brochures, and letters and communications to members, producers, employers and internal audiences. May include advertisements, social media, newsletters, email, and product promotions.

What you will bring:

• Two (2) years of experience in a marketing/communications (Required).
• Tech savvy with strong computer skills and CRM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Communications, Marketing or other related field or four (4) years of equivalent work experience (Required).
• Health care industry or health insurance knowledge and experience.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

National Salary Range:

$65,500.00 - $86,900.00

National Plus Salary Range:

$65,500.00 - $98,200.00

• National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
