Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and contribute to overall business growth. Responsibilities:



Content Creation and Management:


  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
  • Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, blog posts, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with the brand's voice and objectives.



Social Media Support:


  • Track social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
  • Monitor and engage with social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engage with the audience.



Market Research:


  • Present research findings and insights to the marketing team.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Compile and analyze data to assist in making informed marketing decisions.



Campaign Coordination:


  • Provide administrative support in organizing and coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Assist in managing campaign logistics, timelines, and communication.



Qualifications:


  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
