LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing & Communications Director to join our client’s team. In this role, you will lead regional marketing strategy and drive growth in North America. Your expertise will support global brand positioning and regional growth through effective marketing and communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
· Drive company marketing efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading your own team.
· Develop strategies to strengthen global brand positioning, increase awareness, and generate regional interest.
· Lead a team to ensure timely release of dealer communications and marketing tools, supporting our dealer network.
· Oversee digital brand activities on websites, portals, and social media.
· Manage teams for internal, dealer, and customer events.
· Create promotions, incentives, and sales materials to generate leads and boost retail sales.
· Execute effective trade show and event strategies for brand exposure.
· Collaborate with product marketing on targeted launch communications and plans.
· Work closely with the Commercial Training team to develop impactful sales training materials.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Business/Marketing/Communications or Agriculture.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, product management, communications, or sales.
· At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams in relevant fields.
· Preferred: Master's degree and managerial experience in a Commercial organization.
· Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
Skills:
· Deep understanding of dealer management and networks.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking abilities.
· Solid financial acumen.
Compensation/Benefits:
$160,000 - $200,000
