Marketing & Communications Specialist

Riviera Partners is looking for an energetic, passionate and skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to support various areas of our marketing and communications efforts. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing successful marketing campaigns, managing our contact database, implementing digital and social media strategies, maintaining our website, organizing events, updating marketing collateral, and generating insightful reports. This position will report to the VP of Marketing and is an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and take ownership in a number of critical areas.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the design team to update marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to support content and integrated marketing campaigns that align with our strategic objectives.
• Oversee the maintenance and updates of our company website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and an engaging user experience.
• Assist the team with the coordination and execution of company events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Maintain our social accounts, implement digital and social media strategies, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and communications to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the management of our contact database and prospecting tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for targeted marketing and market segmentation.
• Generate regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, website analytics, and social media metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

What You Bring:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and market segmentation.
• Proficiency in digital and social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling tools, and performance tracking.
• Proficient in reporting and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and contribute to marketing strategy development.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with website management and WordPress
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with event planning and coordination.

Salary: $90K - $110K
