The Communications Manager to lead their industry communications strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for executing an integrated marcomm strategy to positions the top technology partner to nonprofits, while driving awareness and demand for nonprofit offers. As part of the Tech for Social Impact Marketing team, you will embrace clients marketing principles, drive efficiency and scale, and prioritize customer centricity. You will be an integral part of an integrated marketing team that supports sales, generates pipeline, accelerates deals, and delights our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the external communications strategy, execution, and reporting to support business objectives and audience needs. Utilize company’s owned news and storytelling channels, social channels, partner channels, sponsored activities, and earned channels.
• Collaborate and align with Public Affairs, Communications, and agency partners as needed.
• Generate thought leadership and storytelling opportunities by leveraging data, insights, customer stories, and the voices of our leadership to cultivate positive perceptions.
• Incorporate inclusive marketing and accessibility principles, leading practices, and tools in the execution of events.
• Monitor, track, and analyze the impact and response to messaging on specific issues. Develop responsive materials as needed and engage relevant stakeholders appropriately.
• Ensure alignment and buy-in of communications strategy across TSI Leadership, Sales, Sales Enablement, Partner, and Integrated Marketing, ensuring amplification and support across all TSI functions.
• Develop and execute the internal communication strategy to ensure key teams and stakeholders across companies are aware of TSI's role, nonprofit wins, and the impact of technology in driving nonprofit success. This includes producing TSI newsletters and Impact Wires.

Qualifications:

• Strong team player with excellent project management skills and a solid understanding of core marketing principles.
• Proven ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
• Experience owning internal or external communication strategies.
• Experience working at a nonprofit/NGO is ideal but not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 10+ years of relevant communications, public relations, marketing, and/or related work experience.
• Experience working with PR and marketing agencies.
