Position: Project Manager - Capital Market (W2 job role)

Required Experience: 6 - 12 Years

This team is within Corporate Investment Banking and they are the regulatory team for FRTB

This role will be supporting a Fundamental Review of the Trading Book Basel Initiative

Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy, through the pillars of community foundations, and guest experience to life.

1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Learner Mindset: Is curious, open to feedback, and pursues learning and progressing new skills to continually grow and develop

Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.

Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.

Experience with website management and WordPress

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Support the management of our contact database and prospecting tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for targeted marketing and market segmentation.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and market segmentation.

Oversee the maintenance and updates of our company website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and an engaging user experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a similar role.

Must have two or more years’ experience in field sales, leadership, retail management, preferably within the cosmetics industry. Sephora experience preferred.

Gondola Management: Observe, investigate, facilitate and follow-through on all aspects of Gondola, including Inventory and Visual Merchandising.

Maximize selling staff's productivity through hour utilization, schedule optimization, goal management

Be an outstanding role model for education and artistry skill and lead by example

Demonstrate solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations and Sephora environment

Provide weekly sales performance /productivity, event activity and field need feedback to Regional Manager

Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.

Collaborate with other examiners, Reserve Bank management, and other federal and state banking regulators to recommend capital-related regulatory ratings and assessments.

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree in business or related field is preferred.

Professional certifications including Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), or a related certification (preferred).

Demonstrated teamwork, analytic and critical thinking abilities.

Partner with the Eleventh District LBO dedicated supervisory team (DST) to plan, participate in, or lead capital-related supervisory events.

Oversee internal Floorplan Management System to ensure accuracy of data and zone updates are captured and logged.   

:Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign required. Experience with all Adobe Creative suite programs preferred.

3-5 years experience in visual merchandising, visual display, merchandising, or related areas - preferably luxury retail.

Exceptional organization and communication skills, attention to detail.

Regular communication with Market teams to follow up on Global requests such as submission of photo review decks, installation schedules etc.

Key participant in reviewing market installations to provide actionable feedback to field teams to ensure execution excellence.
