WorkMagic is an early-stage startup founded by a team of experienced veterans from TikTok, Google, and Meta. Our mission is to reshape marketing and commerce through the power of generative AI. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Researcher to join our team.
You will be instrumental in gathering valuable market insights and creating comprehensive product documentation that supports our mission to deliver exceptional AI solutions. At the same time, you'll be a part of an energetic, groundbreaking journey, helping to build a cutting-edge product that transforms the game for businesses worldwide!
This is a paid internship. Full-time preferred but not required. Flexible Location & Remote First.
Responsibilities:
- Accomplish in-depth market research: As a Market Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities. Your insights will guide our marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Conduct user research studies: Collect and analyze user behavior through interviews, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs and online experiments (A/B testing).
- Evaluate competitor offerings: Conduct competitive analysis through various means, such as trial use, online research, and industry publications. Your findings will contribute to our product roadmap and help us stay ahead in the market.
- Drive end-to-end research project: Own key stages of the process including questionnaire / discussion guide writing, data analysis, and report writing. Research methods include but are not limited to interview, survey, and focus group meetings.
- Consumer behavior analysis: Study user behaviors, and work with product management and marketing teams to join different data sources for measurement & attribution.
- Be a masterful storyteller: Create clear, compelling presentations that illustrate and communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations for the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to craft compelling and cohesive narratives to share with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in market research, UX research, or related areas
- Proficiency in various research methods and usability testing techniques
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, Business, or related fields
