Aroma360 is a boutique Scent Marketing and Branding company that specializes in providing the highest-quality essential oil-based scenting solutions to businesses and individuals all around the world. As the only full-service scent company, Aroma360 guides clients from concept and development to strategic implementation while priding themselves with exceptional customer service every step of the way. Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry!


Job Summary

We are opening new retail locations and looking for Consultants, Store Managers and Area Managers.

Aroma360 Sales Consultants are strong closers who build lasting relationships with high-end clientele.

The right candidate is a passionate inside Sales Consultant who creates a story and sales pitch that inspires excitement, with an outgoing, warm phone presence!


Essential Duties

  • Become an expert in selling Aroma360 signature fragrance products and Scent Marketing services.
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly sales quotas.
  • Inside Sales Consultants negotiate and close contracts with Aroma360's local and global clientele.
  • Closer with a consultative sales approach
  • Update CRM system with client information
  • Professional and persuasive selling


Requirements

  • Ability to work cohesively within a competitive sales team
  • Looking for sales reps who perform in the top 10%!
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Luxury lifestyle brand experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years inside sales experience
  • Confidence in closing C-Level individuals and high-end clientele
  • Competitive, outgoing, and high energy!
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • CRM experience, SalesForce preferred but not required
  • Money motivated and commission focused
  • Contract negotiation
  • Exception phone presence and sales approach
  • Results-driven
  • Strong closing experience
