Learning Management Coordinator Jobs

As an Learning Management Coordinator, your main objective will be to enhance program effectiveness in order to directly influence the overall productivity of the customer teams. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in directly creating training content and job aids/sales collateral to support comprehension and retention of key training objectives
• BA or BS degree, with 1+ years of relevant professional experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, and/or Product Marketing, preferably in the Telecommunications or IT industries - Or,
• Demonstrated experience developing e-learning courses from beginning to end
• Creative thinker who can brainstorm and challenge the status quo with new ideas
• Highly detail-oriented with an ability to review and edit content as a final owner
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to create cross-departmental relationships, lead projects with diverse teams, and influence decision making with senior-level audiences
• Knowledge of Sales, Sales Process, and Sales Methodologies and their implementation is a plus but not required
• Experience with traditional instructional design tools, i.e., Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills with ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, follow-up in a timely manner, anticipate problems and roadblocks, and meet target dates for implementation
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented attitude able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively shift gears to meet changing business requirements
• High school diploma, with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, and/or Product Marketing, preferably in the IT industries
• Experience with LMS and modern enablement platforms, i.e. Cornerstone, Docebo, Mindtickle, Showpad etc.
