As a Sr. Technical Specialist, you will manage all aspects of developing and deploying technical eLearning courses, assisting distant learning students with class assignments, create technical training documents, employ various learning techniques (gaming, role-playing, problem solving, test for knowledge). Also clearly demonstrate essential technical learning concepts using videos, voice-over, written and graphic content. The applicant should be comfortable with audiences, public presentations, and working with subject matter experts (SME’s).

Responsibilities
+ Responsible for the design and development of eLearning courses to meet training needs.
+ Create technical content and deliver it via video, classroom, and on-line outlets.
+ Provide guidance and support the student population.
+ Articulate problem/solutions for Learning Management System (LMS) to vendors, LMS administrators, and Users.
+ Deploy the eLearning courses to the Web Server and / or other media formats, as required.
+ Assist training team in developing classroom and on-line training material.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Experience in developing classroom material and on-line content.
+ Project development experience, content testing, and platform deployment
+ General knowledge of video and graphic production
Preferred:
+ Experience in software used for the development of structure eLearning material (i.e., Lectora, Articulate).
+ Background in structure computer/object-oriented programming.
+ Technical background in multifunctional devices (copiers) and network configuration knowledge/certifications
+ Industry Certifications: CDIA+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Net+, Lectora Authoring Tool, SumTotal LMS Product Suit
