Job Description

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, responsible for administering, organizing and conducting professional development programs. This position reports to, and may only be utilized by, the Office of Human Resources.


Job Duties:

  • Under the direction of Learning and Leadership Development for the Office of Human Resources, facilitates new hire and continuous professional development training across multiple departments.
  • Conducting needs assessments with stakeholders and developing effective strategies, delivery methods, training materials, and curriculum that drives an exceptional customer experience.
  • Connecting key learning to business priorities and desired outcomes.
  • Developing and facilitating live learning and leadership development sessions for a multitude of audiences to include front-line staff, leaders, and faculty members using a variety of learning methodologies, media, and material
  • Evaluating training effectiveness by creating and launching Level I and Level II surveys, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders
  • Determining appropriate learning solutions for internal customers and stakeholders
  • Assist LMS Administrator in responding to end users’ concerns accessing and completing learning, curate, schedule, and assign learning, and run reports within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support learning & leadership development, HR, and organizational initiatives as needed
  • Perform various administrative tasks like scheduling learners into sessions, creating service requests for purchasing, email communication, and learning and leadership development program support.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field is required.


Experience:

One (1) year of related experience.
