Must Haves:

• Experience with QAQC
• Microsoft Products experience - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• 5+ years of experience within learning & development project management
• Experience working with operations, maintenance, manufacturing or field personnel
• Attention to detail and resourceful
• HS Diploma

Day-to-Day: An oil & gas client in downtown Houston is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their Midstream Operations Support team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with control center learning & development. This individual will be facilitating new hire orientations and trainings, ensuring all necessary topics are covered, rewriting training documents and performing document management. This person will be performing monthly controller training checkups to ensure development is progressing. They will be coordinating controller training field trips, ensuring documents used are up to date and that everyone is involved that needs to be. This person will also be helping with annual regulatory effectiveness reviews where they will be running reports and reviewing different metrics in place to ensure effectiveness. They may also be responsible for Operator Qualification tracking and ensuring workday Operator Qualifications are in place.
