Program Coordinator Jobs

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Administrative & Finance Program Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on scientific, technical, and regulatory developments related to the program area.
• Coordinate the operation of a program or project with independent judgment and authority.
• Act as a liaison with various institutional agents and communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Establish program standards and direct program evaluation activities.
• Plan and coordinate special events and participate in conferences and committees.
• Analyze and evaluate program operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and oversee program budgets, research funding sources, and prepare proposals.

Requirements:

• Professional and inquisitive approach to problem-solving.
• Three to five years of project/program coordination experience.
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle different assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer skills, including data entry, file management, and complex software.
• Familiarity with professional educational platforms and learning management systems is a plus.
